The Tiltrotator is a tool that acts like a wrist linking an attachment to the excavator. Position Description
As sales Manager of engcon Germany GmbH your main responsibility will be sales in south of Germany and to co-ordinate marketing and sales in Germany overall. Sales is conducted directly to end customers or via Distributors. Planning and execution of marketing activities is also part of the position. The position reports directly to the Manager of engcon Germany and is based in Wertheim.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales in own sales area – direct to end users
• Daily leading of sales in south of Germany
• Co-ordinate sales in Germany overall
• Create interest among the OED’s to market engcon products
• Train sales men within the OED organisations
• Technical and commercial support to OED’s as well as our partners
• Organize after sale through independent contractors
• Organize technical training for independent contractors
• Plan and execute a market plan, with exhibitions, advertising, DM etc
• Build our own end customer data base

Desired competencies, personal skills and experience

• Sales interest and experience in sales
• Technical education with practical experience from service
• Experience from coaching sales personnel
• Fluent in English is required, additional language(s) is a plus
• Proficiency in the use of personal computers
• Frequent travel required
